Peter Costanzo Auctioneers is a New Jersey Corporation with offices located in Neptune City, NJ and is owned and operated by Peter Costanzo, CAI. Since 1981, Peter Costanzo Auctioneers has conducted auctions for all types of assets. Over the last 35 years we have developed extensive experience in the auction sale and marketing for every type of asset including heavy construction equipment, restaurants, all commercial inventories, production & manufacturing equipment, and vehicles of every nature. We have an Estate department that performs all aspects of the marketing and auctioning of antiques, fine art, and jewelry.  Peter Costanzo Auctioneers also specializes in real estate.  Peter Costanzo Auctioneers is approved by the Federal Bankruptcy Court to conduct auctions and appraisals for the districts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. We have been contract auctioneers for the Small Business Administration and the State of New Jersey, and are fully bonded to both NJ and the United States for $200,000 through Fidelity International.  We conduct 30-40 public auctions per year and have a full-time staff of experienced professionals. We are also a full service consulting, marketing and appraisal company and we utilize modern state of the art computer and digital technology. Peter Costanzo is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute and is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the New Jersey Society of Auctioneers.
