2023 EXA DRY BULK PNEUMATIC 4100 CU.FT, 2022 EXA 4100CF PIG STORAGE SILO TANK NEW ASSEMBLY PROCESS We are proud to introduce the new generation of the 2022 EXA SILO which has a new technology fabrication process and application of welding by robotic welding throughout the entire unit. This gives us the following improvements:
- The applied welding is a robotic process applied by a SEAM WELDER machine, which has a 100% penetration process in the joints and unions of the whole unit.
- The aesthetics of the welding is much better.
- In the leak test certification when the automatic robotic process is applied, the leaks are almost deemed to be at zero, having a low to none chance of leaking.
- There are fewer joints to be welded together in the engineering of the unit.
- Fabrication of the tanker is much cleaner. This welding process is not applied by all manufacturers
